Families come in for the holidays and land with an empty fridge. Others are buying for parents who live here all year. Both need the same thing: Friday handled, from the shopping to the sealed trays in the fridge.
We cook, portion, seal and label everything. Each tray carries its name, its kashrut, reheating instructions and the date. Nothing needs to be decanted, guessed at or asked about. You set the table.

Thursday in our Jerusalem kitchen, under supervision, cooked the way it is cooked at home. Nothing frozen in from elsewhere.
Every tray sealed and labelled with its dish, its hechsher, parve or fleishig, and its reheating time. Kneidlach and dressings packed separately.
Friday before noon, cold-packed, to the door. If the apartment is empty we coordinate with the doorman, a neighbour or your agent.
